Booking & Stays

Is there a minimum stay?
Yes, there’s a 3-night minimum stay. We also offer a discount for 7-night bookings.

Do I have to pre-pay for my stay?
Yes, full payment is required in advance to confirm your booking.

Do I have to pay a security deposit?
No security deposit is required.

What is your cancellation policy?
We offer a full refund if cancelled more than 7 days before your check-in date.

Can I change my booking?
Please email us if you’d like to request changes to your booking. We’ll do our best to help.

Can I book both pods / the whole site?
Yes, you’re welcome to book both Bluebell and Snowdrop Pods for exclusive use of the site.

Check-In & Check-Out

What time can I check in?
Check-in is from 4:00 PM.

What time is check-out?
Check-out is between 10:00 AM and 12:00 noon.

What’s Included?

Each pod includes:

  • A king-size bed with all bedding provided
  • Full kitchenette (electric hob, mini fridge, kettle, toaster, microwave, crockery & utensils)
  • En suite shower room with towels, toiletries & hairdryer
  • Dressing gowns
  • Smart TV, free Wi-Fi & USB sockets
  • Private outdoor seating area with BBQ

Do both pods have hot tubs?
Yes — each pod now includes its own private hot tub for your exclusive use.

Guests, Children & Pets

Can children stay at Rocklands Retreat?
No, our site is exclusively for adults. It’s designed as a peaceful retreat for couples.

Are dogs allowed?
Sorry, we do not allow dogs or other pets.

 

Site & Facilities

Are there noise restrictions?
Yes — to respect all guests, we kindly ask for quiet between 11:00 PM and 8:00 AM.

Where can I park?
There is a dedicated parking area approximately 35 metres from the pods.

Can I charge my electric vehicle?
Sorry, we currently do not offer EV charging facilities.

Where should I dispose of rubbish?
Bins are located in the car park for guest use.
